At Lady’s Section, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for your purchases.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster (3–4 days).

Remote or rural areas may take longer (7–10 days).

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee (₹49–₹99 depending on location) will be applied.

Any additional charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

You can track your shipment status anytime until delivery.

6. Delivery Process

Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.

In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

In case of a missing package, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
