📜 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Lady’s Section

At Lady’s Section, we value your trust and strive to give you the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or until they are shipped (whichever is earlier).

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If payment has been made, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable:

Panties, thongs, shapewear, and lingerie sets.

Products sold under clearance or discount sales.

However, you may return/exchange products if:

You received a wrong product.

The product is damaged or defective.

The product is unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We offer 2 days return policy.

Exchanges & Replacements will be delivered in 5-7 Days.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for size issues (bras, camisoles, nightwear) provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product images.

Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process.

6. Exceptions

Lady’s Section reserves the right to refuse returns if products show signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by us.

Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items cannot be returned.
